Who Are The
Restaurant Guys?
Mark Pascal and Francis Schott started as two friends from Rutgers who had a shared passion for food and a love for the emerging City of New Brunswick. After graduating from Rutgers and working in other restaurants for a few years, they decided to strike out on their own, opening Stage Left Steak and then Catherine Lombardi shortly after.
In 2005, they started The Restaurant Guys Radio Show and Podcast and hosted some of the most interesting and important people in the food and beverage world.
After a ten year hiatus, they re-launched the podcast -skyrocketing to the TOP 2% of all podcasts globally in less than a year.
Now, they are back to serve up the banter in a whole new way with these LIVE Culinary Conversations!
